At Rbei Classes, we are dedicated to providing high-quality financial education and professional training. To maintain transparency and a seamless learning experience, we have a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy for all our courses and services.

By enrolling in a course at Rbei Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation Allowed
- Once a student has completed the registration and payment process, the enrollment is final and cannot be canceled.
- We do not entertain cancellation requests under any circumstances, including changes in personal circumstances, financial difficulties, or lack of time for the course.
No Registration Reversal
- After successful enrollment, students cannot revoke or reverse their registration.
- Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed the course details, eligibility, and schedule before proceeding with payment.
Batch Transfers & Postponements
- If a student is unable to attend their assigned batch, they may submit a request to transfer to another batch.
- Such requests are subject to approval by Rbei Classes and will be considered only in exceptional cases.
- Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the batch start date. Approval is based on seat availability and course scheduling.
Course Modifications & Faculty Changes
- Rbei Classes reserves the right to modify the course structure, syllabus, faculty, or class schedule if required.
- These modifications do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
- Students are encouraged to stay updated through official communications regarding any changes.
Failure to Attend Classes
- If a student is unable to attend classes after enrolling, no refund, compensation, or adjustment will be provided.
- Course materials and recordings (if applicable) will be made available for self-paced learning, depending on the course structure.

Refund Policy

No Refund Policy
- All payments made towards enrollment, study materials, and coaching fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refund requests will not be entertained under any circumstances, including:
  - Withdrawal from the course
  - Personal reasons, including financial issues or time constraints
  - Dissatisfaction with the course content or teaching method
  - Failure to attend classes or complete the course
No Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
- Once enrolled, students are expected to complete the course.
- If a student decides to discontinue the course midway, no partial or pro-rated refund will be issued.
Non-Transferability of Fees
- Course fees cannot be transferred to another course, batch, or individual.
- Fees paid for one program cannot be adjusted against future enrollments.
Payment Issues & Errors
- In the event of a duplicate payment or technical transaction failure, students must report the issue to our support team within 48 hours.
- Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
- Any transaction fee charged by the payment gateway is non-refundable.
Scholarship & Discounted Enrollments
- If a student enrolls through a scholarship or discounted offer, they are bound by the same no-refund, no-cancellation policy.
- Any discounted fee structure is applicable only for the specific enrollment period and cannot be claimed later.

Before enrolling, students should thoroughly read all course-related information, including syllabus, duration, teaching methodology, and eligibility requirements.
