Refund & Cancellation Policy — RBei Classes

At RBei Classes (Rajbala Educational Institution), we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience in CFA, FRM, SCR, Financial Modelling, Investment Banking, and related finance courses. We encourage every prospective student to read this policy carefully before enrolling, so there are no surprises after payment.

By completing your enrollment and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this policy.

1. Our Fee Policy

We invest significantly in faculty, course materials, live sessions, doubt-solving support, and placement assistance from the moment you enrol. For this reason, all course fees paid to RBei Classes are non-refundable once received.

This applies to all courses, all payment plans, and all enrolment types — including full payments, installment payments, scholarship enrolments, and discounted enrolments.

2. What This Means for You

Once your payment is confirmed and enrolment is complete:

• Your seat is reserved and course access is activated.
• No refund will be issued for any reason, including withdrawal, change of plans, personal or financial circumstances, relocation, or dissatisfaction with the course.
• No partial or pro-rated refund will be given if you discontinue the course midway.
• Course fees cannot be transferred to another person or adjusted against a different course or future enrolment.

We strongly encourage you to speak with our admissions team, attend a free demo session, and review the full course details before making payment. We are happy to answer every question you have.

3. Batch Transfers

If you are unable to attend your originally assigned batch due to a genuine scheduling conflict, you may request a transfer to another available batch. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your batch start date and are subject to seat availability. Batch transfer requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Course Updates & Faculty Changes

RBei Classes continuously improves its courses to keep pace with exam changes, industry developments, and student feedback. We reserve the right to update course content, adjust the syllabus, change faculty, or modify the class schedule when necessary. Such updates are made in the interest of students and do not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation.

5. Missed Classes

If you are unable to attend live sessions, recorded lectures and course materials will be available to you for self-paced learning as per your course plan. Missing classes does not entitle you to a refund, fee adjustment, or course extension beyond your enrolled validity period.

6. Duplicate Payments & Technical Errors

If you are charged more than once due to a technical error or payment gateway issue, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at [email protected] with your payment details. After verification, any excess amount will be returned within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. Payment gateway transaction charges are non-refundable.

7. Scholarship & Discounted Enrolments

Students who enrol under a scholarship, promotional offer, or discounted fee structure are bound by the same fee policy. Discounted pricing is valid only for the specific enrolment period and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or applied to future courses.
