Quick answer: what is the RBei FRM pass rate?
RBei Classes’ FRM Part I pass rate is 92.50% (444 of 480 enrolled candidates who sat) and Part II is 92.34% (434 of 470) for May 2023 through November 2025. Combined across both parts: 878 of 950 sittings (92.42%). GARP’s most recent widely cited global rates sit near 47% Part I and 50% Part II (November 2025) — so RBei students clear at roughly 1.85–2.0× those benchmarks. FRM runs three windows a year (May / August / November) at PSI test centres.

Official global FRM pass rates (2019–2025)
GARP sets the pass/fail threshold after each administration, so world rates move window to window. Approximate global registrations and published Part I / Part II rates:
| Year | Approx. registrations | Part I (earlier window) | Part I (November) | Part II (earlier window) | Part II (November) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2019 | ~80,000 | 42% (May) | 46% | 60% (May) | 59% |
| 2020 | ~74,000 | 44% (October) | 45% | 62% (October) | 59% |
| 2021 | ~80,000 | 47% (May) | 45% | 59% (May) | 63% |
| 2022 | ~75,000 | 51% (May/Aug) | 50% | 57% (May/Aug) | 59% |
| 2023 | ~80,000 | 47% (May/Aug) | 45% | 51% (May/Aug) | 53% |
| 2024 | ~86,000 | 56% (May/Aug) | 55% | 52% (May/Aug) | 52% |
| 2025 | ~90,000 | 58% (May/Aug) | 47% | 52% (May/Aug) | 50% |

Estimated Indian FRM candidates (2019–2025)
India is a large and growing share of the global FRM pool. Approximate registrations and Indian candidate estimates:
| Year | Approx. global registrations | Estimated Indian candidates |
|---|---|---|
| 2019 | 80,000 | 7,200 |
| 2020 | 74,000 | 6,290 |
| 2021 | 80,000 | 7,600 |
| 2022 | 75,000 | 6,450 |
| 2023 | 80,000 | 7,520 |
| 2024 | 86,000 | 8,170 |
| 2025 | 90,000 | 8,550 |
| Total | 565,000 | 51,780 |
What the multiple means
Against GARP’s November 2025 published rates (47% Part I / 50% Part II), RBei’s multi-year 92.50% Part I is about 1.97× and 92.34% Part II is about 1.85×. Saying “about 1.9× / nearly 2× the global rate” is the fair range for marketing headlines; each certification’s multiple should be stated from its own cohort.
Methodology — how RBei counts FRM outcomes
Definitions
How outcomes are verified
After each GARP results release, RBei Classes collects confirmations from enrolled candidates who sat. Named public stories on the results hub require at least one checkable proof source (GARP digital badge URL, LinkedIn announcement, result letter or video interview) plus student consent.
Limitations — read the comparison fairly
- Self-selection: candidates who enrol in structured coaching are, on average, more committed than the full global pool. Part of any gap over GARP averages reflects who enrols, not only teaching quality.
- Institute records: window tables are RBei Classes internal enrolled-student data. They are not an independent audit. Global comparators come from GARP.
- Windows do not align one-to-one: RBei reports a nine-window average; each GARP global figure is sitting-specific. Use the multi-year table above rather than one cherry-picked world rate.
- Not every clear is named publicly: privacy and consent mean the public results wall is a subset of the numerator, not a 1:1 listing of every pass.
